Como un Pez en el Agua

Back in 2010, “Como un pez en el agua” was born from the creative proposal of our fashion designer Raquel Pérez, a pioneering idea in swimwear that we set ourselves with the stimulating challenge of revolutionizing and bringing a new approach to the sector. How? By discarding the synthetic fabrics of traditional swimsuits and using cotton instead, thus taking advantage of all its advantages of quality, comfort and design.

Also, from the beginning, we have opted for a business model based on proximity and the making of all the garments in our own workshop in Barcelona.

At Como un pez en el agua we have been betting on:

- SLOW FASHION: In an increasingly globalized market, our limited edition handmade garments offer personalized attention that is impossible to achieve in mass production.

- ENJOY COTTON: Instead of the synthetic and elastic fabrics of classic swimwear, the base of our production is cotton; which gives a different style to our designs, without taking away their comfort and convenience.

- BEACH COUTURE: Our creative aspiration is to go beyond traditional swimwear, taking it to another level of elegance, sophistication and fashion trend.

SS25 COLLECTION - MY SWIMHEART

At the heart of our brand is always the pin-up style and vintage swimwear as a source of inspiration.

This year, to achieve a more refined silhouette and an even more retro feel, we incorporated jacquard fabrics to our traditional cotton. Our genuine ruffles and ethereal designs continue to be the protagonists, but the high-waisted panties and terry cloth fabrics also shine.

The polka dot and striped prints in bright red and navy blue colors along with softer and more delicate tones provide us with the perfect combination of romantic mystery and nostalgic glamour.
