Maldito Sweet

Maldito Sweet was founded in the Canary Islands in 2013, although its story began much earlier. The brand emerged from a family environment deeply connected to the textile industry, growing up surrounded by workshops, sewing machines, patterns, and garment-making processes that naturally shaped an early relationship with fashion.

After studying fashion design in Milan and London, the designer returned to the Canary Islands with the intention of building a personal project that combined technique, creativity, and identity. This is how Maldito Sweet was born: a swimwear brand conceived as an extension of a personal vision and a way of understanding life.

The name Maldito Sweet embodies a dual meaning: the tension between sweetness and strength, delicacy and rebellion. A statement of intent reflected in every collection, defining a woman who does not ask for permission to take up space.
