Carlota Guillemet was born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in 1988. Although she comes from a field unrelated to fashion —Law— that background laid the foundation for the values that now define her brand and everything she wishes to convey through it.
Fashion has always been a part of her identity: a form of expression and a quiet passion. During her first pregnancy, in the midst of an intense professional life, she decided to give shape to a dream she had carried for years. She turned to swimwear —a passion inherited from her mother— and spent years searching for pieces that embodied elegance, sophistication, and quality.
Recreating elegance in swimwear is no easy task. Yet, Mommyloves was born with that very purpose: to unite style, sensitivity, and memory in a single garment. Each design evokes an emotion, a summer with family, a moment that connects us to what truly matters.
Family is the heart of every collection. Behind each name is a strong, courageous woman who has left a mark on her life. The collections are tributes to those who inspire through their work, generosity, and values —and to those who will continue to inspire over time.
Her children and family are the driving force behind everything she does. As an entrepreneurial mother, Carlota pours her heart into every detail of the creative process: it’s not just about designing fashion, but about creating something that speaks of love, dedication, and purpose.

SAUDADE:"The salty memory of a summer that is never forgotten." In Portugal, there’s a word with no exact translation: saudade. It’s the sweet kind of nostalgia, the luminous melancholy for something we love and miss at the same time. Saudade is born from that emotion—the longing for the sound of the waves, the warm touch of sand on the skin, the scent of salt mingled with flowers and ancient stone. It’s a tribute to the Portuguese coast, where the Atlantic caresses villages with white façades and centuries-old tiles, and where each wave seems to whisper stories that never fade. This swimwear collection blends the delicacy of handcrafted borders with the strength and freedom of the sea. Contemporary cuts are dressed in tile-inspired patterns, textures evoke glazed ceramics, and the colors capture the precise moment when the sun reflects on the water. In Saudade, each piece is a fragment of memory: the breeze that returns, the summer that never fades, the story that lives on the skin.
