Patricia Caro is a brand that explores human duality through the concept of Tropical Goth—an aesthetic defined by the fusion of opposing ideas, the use of textile remnants in the production process, and a bold, visually striking attitude.

NICE BLOOD is inspired by the mysterious and sensual world of vampires—specifically, our vision of female vampires.
This collection is designed for alternative women who refuse to follow the conventional path—those who are daring, mysterious, sensual, and magnetic.
Who is this woman? What bikinis would she wear? What kind of energy would she radiate?
The main colors are pure black and blood red—a classic gothic combination. To break up this bold color palette, we’ve created an exclusive print that adds even more depth to the collection’s narrative.
